Keyword research is something those familiar with SEO will do whenever they write a new blog post or create a web page.

What is Keyword Research?

When a user is searching for a product or service, they will use a search engine like Google for example and type in words related to the product or service they are looking for.

The search engine will then return a list of results (websites) that it thinks are relevant to what the user searched. Every company/business, wants their website to appear, when a user searches for the product or service they are offering. In order for this to happen, they need to know what keywords the majority of users are using to find their products or service. For this to happen, they need to do keyword research. They do this by using a keyword research tool. There are many tools out there. Some are free and some are paid. In this article, I will be focusing on the free tools.
