Choose your own hosting platform and plan — full control for users who prefer to manage everything themselves.

Self Managed Business Web Hosting

Self-managed web hosting is designed for users who want full control over their hosting environment.

With this option, you choose the hosting provider, platform, and server type that best fits your needs — whether it’s Linux or Windows hosting, shared, VPS, or dedicated servers.

For Self Managed Hosting Plans, you are responsible for:

Website Updates & Compatibility

You are responsible for updating WordPress core, themes, plugins, and resolving conflicts that may break the site.

Security & Malware Protection

You must implement security hardening, firewall configuration, malware scanning, and vulnerability patching.

Backups & Recovery

You must configure automated backups and ensure restoration procedures are tested and working.

Performance Optimisation

Caching, image optimisation, CDN setup, and database cleanup will need to be handled by you.

Server-Level Configuration (If VPS/Dedicated)

For VPS or Dedicated hosting, you are responsible for system updates, control panel management, and security patches.

Self Managed Hosting-Only Solution Is Suitable If:

  • You have an in-house developer

  • You are technically comfortable managing servers

  • You already use third-party maintenance services

  • You only need infrastructure, not ongoing support

Please note: With our Self-Managed Hosting plan, we’ll guide you in selecting the appropriate hosting provider to get you started. All technical support and related matters will be handled directly between your technical team and the hosting provider’s support team. As this arrangement is managed independently, we won’t be involved in ongoing support communications or interventions.
